£120/month (incl. VAT) gets you a full workspace with 1 seat and access to every feature. No restrictions, no feature tiers. Save 10% with 6-month prepaid or 20% with annual prepaid.

How do additional seats work?

Each additional team member is £20/month (incl. VAT). Seats purchased at signup are billed alongside your base fee at the plan's discount rate. To add seats mid-contract, contact us — we'll invoice you separately and activate the seat straight after payment. Seat reductions take effect at your next renewal.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14days, full access, no card required. Trial access is available to verified construction businesses only. We'll ask for your company details during registration and typically verify within one business day.

Mortar CRM is built exclusively for contracting and construction businesses. We verify all new accounts to ensure the platform stays focused on serving the industry it was designed for.

How does the contract and cancellation work?

All plans are 12-month contracts that renew automatically at the end of each term. To stop auto-renewal, give us at least 14days' notice before your renewal date — just cancel from your billing settings. Your service continues until the last day of your current paid period; no partial refunds are issued for the remaining term.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes — all prices shown include 20% UK VAT. VAT-registered businesses will receive a VAT invoice with each payment.
